Taktik collaborated with Kofola in the process of submitting a binding offer for Radenska takeover in 2014, until the end of the selling process in 2015. Our work included planning and implementing communication activities as well as consultant work during all the phases of Radenska purchase process. We prepared communication strategy, analysis of the key actors (stakeholders), managed the media relations with local and national media, organized press conference, managed local and internal publics.
