He is an eco-nomist and since 2003 a DIY-rector. Before that he was an account director at Pristop agency. Before that he was a partner at PRplus agency. Before that he was a consultant at PR centre Maribor. He successfully offers advice where that is much needed and where every second matters. He helps companies leaders comprehensively understand the situation, while all the way looking into the future and building together an integrated communication. He gives lectures when he is asked to and sometimes when not. He enjoys being. And eating. He enjoys being innovative. He enjoys being creative. He has several awards. Sometimes he likes to joke in the office and in his spare time is very serious about growing his trees and children. Sometimes he is a nag. He runs often.
Journalists have chosen her twice as best media relations representative of the year. As said in her own words:”People often say are just blowing smoke. Yet our clients know that our job is to clear that smoke away.” She began her career as a producer at Glej theatre, followed by a directing position at Imelda agency and project directing position at Kline&Kline agency. As a member of Slovene Republic National Board for tolerance and as part of an international project “All different – All equal” she has led and employed an awareness communication strategy in Slovenia. After running the minister’s office for Ministry of labour, social affairs and family and its subsequent public relations, she began leading Ministry of Finances public relations and Prime Minister’s Office’s public relations afterwards. After the successfully concluded communication strategy of entering Slovenia into European Union, she joined the Taktik team in 2005 (then Futura PR). Barje in the morning continues to fascinate and motivate her for her daily activities in Ljubljana.
Mojca Stritih, Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies, has more than 17 years of experience in the area of public relations. Her career started far back in 1996 at the largest Slovenian PR agency Pristop. It was there she earned her first real salary as an account manager. Recognized as diligent, reliable, persistent and professional individual she received an invitation to become a member of the original Taktik team in 2003. Every since she is participating in planning of effective communication paths in diverse and yet unsolved outstanding business labyrinths. For her professional excellence represented in the Communication strategy of Reorganization and introduction of the new organisational forms of post offices, she was caught up by Prizma award presented by Public Relations Society of Slovenia in 2010. Even more than by this award Mojca is daily entertained and delighted by little, but priceless rewards, tricks and ideas of her family. For Mojca healthy and active lifestyle is indispensable. This is her way of successfully charging her own batteries for unknown challenges – week after week.
Katja Kek graduated at the Faculty of Social Sciences and has more than 15 years of experience in the fields of public relations and marketing. Prior to the arrival to agency Taktik, she was director of corporate communications and director of marketing and development in Mercator d.d. Earlier, she spent over ten years working as a consultant for public relations, first at the international agency Publicis and then at the consulting agency Pristop. Her expertise varies from fields of corporate public relations, crisis communications, media relations, internal communications, corporate social responsibility, social media management and marketing. She has wide experience in product PR and brand management as she worked for FMCG ( Mercator and its private label brand, Žito, Gorenjka, Droga Kolinska, Argeta etc) and cosmetics (Vichy, Garnier).
She implemented over 100 different projects in the field of communication and worked for over 30 different companies operating in various industries. She participated and managed the projects that have been awarded with domestic and foreign awards (Gold Quill – Excellence Award, Golden Drum, Prizma). During her career, she also developed further specialization in the fields of internal communication and leadership development.
She was also a member of expert committees and national and international professional organizations, carrying out professional research (coauthor of Research Trust in the Slovenian Management 2009) and acted as a lecturer at various professional events.
Sanja Grobovšek graduated from Marketing and Marketing Communications on Faculty for Social Sciences. Currently she is finishing a master’s program in Marketing, majoring in Marketing to end users on Faculty of Economics. She has 13 years of experience in the fields of public relations and communications. From 2003 to 2013 she was working as PR Director at Beletrina Academic Press, the largest non-profit publishing house in Slovenia, where she managed public and media relations, marketing, social responsibility projects, social media marketing and organized more than 1000 creative cultural, educational, corporate and social responsibility events. For years she was director of Literatures of the World – Fabula Festival and organizational manager of Days of Poetry and Wine Festival. In 2013 she joined Union of the Blind and Partially Sighted of Slovenia as PR and Communications Manager at the Library of the Blind and Partially Sighted project. Because of it’s enormous impact, wide reach and positive results the project was recognised as one of the most successful projects in the field of people with dissabilities in European Union and presented as an example of good practice by Slovenian and EU public institutions. Sanja’s work at Library of the Blind and Partially Sighted’s project was awarded with Prizma 2014 presented by Public Relations Society of Slovenia, which she won together with Taktik. One year later she was nominated for international IBBY Asahi Reading Promotion Award. In 2016 she joined Taktik’s team.
She is also an active member in OpeningUpSlovenia initiative, which operates within the framework of Jožef Stefan Institute and aims to introduce new approaches and business models for “open access education”.
MAruša has more than twenty years of media experience on all platforms. Started her career in print where she left a mark as an editor and later on as a publishing director at Adriamedia Ljubljana. She was development several product in the portfolio and was involved in transformation of a traditional print house into a modern media house with a wide portfolio of digital products and events. In recent years she turned to television – as an editor and later PR manager at Planet TV, member of Antenna Group. She produced and managed content through a range of channels from digital to social media and events. Has a relevant network of media contacts, skills in content production – written and visual, creating and implementing pr strategies on all platforms.
Nina started her career in public relations right at this agency in 2009, so this master of strategic marketing communication could be considered as Taktik’s own ”born and raised”. The diversity of clients and work fields motivate her to succesfully manage different communication challenges. For her graduate’s work in 2011, she has been awarded by the Slovene human resources development and scholarship fund. She was also nominated by the Prešeren fund, run by Ministry of Culture for her master’s work in 2013. In 2015 and 2015, she received communication excellence award Prizma for her project of new library for bling and partially sighted and for project Lidl’s young winemaker for client Lidl Slovenia.
Tina has a bachelor degree in communication studeis. She started her career in public relation in 2009, when she was organizing public relations activities for numerous domestic and foreign musicians. Before joining Taktik, she was PR assistant in international IT company for CEE region. Agency life is a new challenge for her, that she looks forward to.
Petra started in Taktik in November 2016. She has a Bachelors Degree in German Studies and already has experience in PR and Event planning. During her student years she was a part of a team called Makkon, and for four years she was the host of Makkon (マッコン), a ComicCon like convention, but dedicated to the Japanese pop-culture. She was also the host of Novoletka and Ilustrarium. In her last student year she was a member of the Student Section of the Marketing Association of Slovenia (ŠSDMS), where she worked on various projects, and widened up her knowledge in marketing, PR, Social Networks, and met a lot of new interesting people. She is a communicative and creative person who loves dark chocolate, cats, and German.
Graduated from Faculty of Art in Comparative Literature. While at university she studied language of literature, but in everyday life she is interested in all languages – literary and general, mother and foreign, known and unknown. That is why during studies she spent a semester abroad in Prague where she managed to learn some Czech. In addition to finishing the last year of Master studies at Faculty of Arts, she also attends classes at Faculty of Law. There she is at the beginning – only starting to learn the language of law. In September she started to learn the language of Taktik. In her free time she likes to travel. And read – diverse literature in big quantities.
