Director of Taktik and economist. He first gained experience in the industry as a consultant in PR centre Maribor, followed by a partnership in PR plus, and finally as a project manager at Pristop. He is an experienced communication strategist and an efficient tactician, offering practical advice when dire problems demand rapid response. He likes to share his knowledge and experience with others – speaking at events and publishing papers on public relations. Matjaž also acts as a regional associate for Vlahovic Group.

Twice voted Best PR Officer of the year. Marijana started her career as a producer, later becoming a director at Imelda PR agency and project manager at Kline&Kline. She was a member of the National Committee of the Republic of Slovenia for Tolerance within the international campaign All Different – All Equal. For four years, she was the head of the cabinet of the Minister of Labour, Family and Social Affairs, and the PR department of the Ministry. In 2000 she took over the PR department at the Ministry of Finance, and later at the Office of the Prime Minister. She also managed the communication strategy for Slovenia’s accession to the EU.

As Master of Arts in Communication studies, Mojca has been part of the Taktik team from the very beginning. She specialises in internal communication, media relations, and relations with consumers, business and financial public. She has vast experience in change and crisis communication. To recharge her batteries , she practices a healthy and active lifestyle – to successfully tackle the next set of challenges.

Sanja is a senior consultant on projects in the field of retail, gaming and tourism, FMCG, environment, culture and public sector. She specialises in social responsibility, internal communication, employer branding and sustainability. Sanja was the head of PR at Beletrina publishing house for ten years, the director of Fabula festival, and organisation manager of the Days of Poetry and Wine festival. Before joining Taktik she led one of the largest projects for vulnerable groups on a European scale – setting up the Library of the Blind and Visually Impaired at the Association of the Blind and Visually Impaired of Slovenia.  She is a recipient of several communication awards.

Dunja leads communication projects in the pharmaceutical, trade, finance, public affairs, and banking sectors. Previously, she was Head of Communications at the British Embassy in Ljubljana. Among other responsibilities, she was in charge of media relations during one of the largest protocol events in Slovenia, Queen Elizabeth II’s visit in 2008. She has vast experience in public relations and media, social responsibility, economic and public diplomacy, social media management, and event management. One of her projects was in 2017 selected among top 6 best projects globally within the British Government’s This is GREAT Britain programme.

Neža holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Communication and Public Relations from the Faculty of Social Sciences in Ljubljana. As a student she co-created activities of the Student Section of the Slovenian PR Association and worked as an assistant in public relations, organizing events for several clients in the field of motoring, electronics, personal care products and others. When not searching for tactical solutions to our clients’ challenges, she spends her time in the company of her four-legged roommates.

Vida completed her Master’s degree in Sociology and then stepped into the world of public relations by joining Student Section of the Slovenian PR Association. After that, she gained experiences as an assistant at strategic communications agency Propiar, and continued exploring the world of corporate communications at Lek Pharmaceuticals. She loves nature, animals and good food. When she’s not traveling in foreign countries, she likes to get away from everything by wandering into the world of books.

After getting her Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Katarina enrolled in the postgraduate program in Communication Studies at the Faculty of Social Sciences, where she received the Hanna Hardt award for outstanding academic achievement for her master’s thesis. Equipped with knowledge and years of experience in the field of visual communication, she works at Taktik mainly in designing and implementing creative solutions for the various needs and challenges of our clients. She also co-creates other projects, many of them in the field of the European Union.

Maruša was studying translation studies but ended up in communications. She started working in agencies as a student, had a 7-year voyage into the NGO sector, and returned to agency life at Taktik. She is experienced in crisis communications, reputation and brand management, media and stakeholder communication. She takes a special interest in corporate social responsibility and sustainability, being inspired by nature at home and abroad.

Katja graduated in marketing communication and public relations and is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in the same field. She learned and gained expertise in marketing and communications through research projects and student work, and  is now working as an assistant at Taktik. She finds inspiration in nature and travel.

Minea is a student at the Faculty of Social Sciences in Ljubljana, Department of Marketing Communication and Public Relations. She has worked in a range of organizations and areas, and is always keen to plan events. She is currently gaining fresh knowledge at Taktik. She enjoys spending her free time with her animals, baking cakes, and traveling the world to learn about different cultures.

Nika is a postgraduate student at the Faculty of Social Sciences in Ljubljana, Department of Marketing Communication and Public Relations. Her involvement in the student section of the Slovenian Public Relations Society initially led her to work in the media, but after her handball career ended, she began her journey into the world of sports public relations. She is now sharpening her communication skills as an assistant at Taktik. In her spare time, she likes to escape to the countryside and explore foreign countries.

Sara is a Graduate of economics with a Master’s degree in Marketing Management. Her career began in internal communications, continued in content marketing and event management, until, in line with modern trends, she ventured into the waters of digital marketing, impressed by the many new possibilities that this field offers. She has fostered her skills in digital advertising, social media management and e-mail marketing at two different digital agencies. Her specialties lie in the development of digital strategies for integrated campaigns, as well as their implementation, monitoring and performance analysis. When she is not engrossed in the computer, she enjoys spending her time on the bicycle or running.
